The room was not only impeccably clean but also incredibly comfortable, with a cozy sitting area that made me feel right at home. the air conditioning worked flawlessly, providing a welcome escape from the Malaysian heat. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the room, from the well-stocked mini-bar to the thoughtful provision of tea and coffee facilities. the staff, especially En Razib at the restaurant, went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. I was thoroughly impressed by how the hotel managed the bustling Chinese New Year crowds with professionalism and efficiency, creating a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere despite the high occupancy. Shangri-La Golden Sands exceeded my already high expectations in every aspect, making it a truly remarkable choice for any traveler seeking comfort, convenience, and top-notch service.
